Is there a warranty on your products?
Yes! We at nJoy firmly believe in customer satisfaction and the quality of our craftsmanship. If your bag is defective or breaks within the first 90 days of purchase, please let us know right away. We would be happy to repair it if possible or replace it.

Do you do custom orders?
We're all about what you want. If you want a different pattern or color combo just let us know the main colors you're looking for and we will see what we can do. Just email us at customs@njoydesigns.com

Do you do wholesale?
Absolutely! If you are interested in selling nJoy Designs in your retail store please email us at wholesale@nJoyDesigns.com for ordering information and forms. We look forward to working with you!

When will my order ship?
Orders will ship typically within 1-3 weeks of the purchase date. We hand sew each bag so if we get a little overwhelmed, we'll let you know. Please let us know if you need your order right away. We are willing to accommodate rush orders for a small fee.

How do I care for my nJoy bag?
It's as easy as wiping your bag clean with damp cloth. That's it! Please don't put into dryer.
